Honorable Sir:

RE: REFUTATION - Bill 89 (Kevin and Jared's Law)

Jared Osidacz's accused murderer, his father Andrew, would have turned 43 today.
If bitter lies only had been dealt with justly, we could be celebrating with father and
son together this afternoon.

This website will tell Andrew's side of the story referencing, among other things,
"Kevin and Jared's Law"(89), "Cyber-Bullying"(212) and "The Clean Internet
Act"(C-427).

Queen's Park solicited one-sided, obscene, outrageously hateful and untrue
testimony about Andrew and his family August 29 and September 1, 2006.
Canadian Criminal Code sections 304-316 allow one to refute such defamation
with "what is reasonably sufficient in the circumstances." What on earth could be
reasonably sufficient when the circumstances include a hundred MPP's violating
the dignity of Jared's 14-year-old cousin with perpetual bitter lies?

Andrewsanswer.com will reveal true, damning, probative evidence to impeach the
presenters and question the thoughtlessness of elected members who voted on Bill
89.

With their desire and respect for privacy, Andrew's family invited you and other
officials repeatedly since last year to deal with the offensive transcript. To date
there has been no correction. Yet, in the spirit of the family's respectful nature,
members of the Ontario and Federal Government may comment on the record
here. Replies received prior to the first evidence release August 29, 2007 will be
published in that release.
